Low Rent Units
Below you will find the LR/HMO application and instructions for your convenience. The application process requires all supporting document copies must be attached or turned with the application.

- Low Rent Homeownership.pdf: Needs to be completed in full, and all necessary areas signed by all adults listed.
- USDA.pdf: Review instructions carefully.

- Emergency Housing Assistance 2024.pdf: Review instructions carefully.
Provide the above (Mail to: SWA, PO Box 69, Rosebud, SD 57570 or Fax 747-2966 attn:WL) completed application, and supporting documents, so we may proceed with the evaluation process for the perspective Waiting List of your interest. Keep us updated on address/phone changes.
All applicants are required to update every 2 yrs., if and when they are determined eligible for the housing waiting list, up to the point until that their housing needs are met and what is available.
