SICANGU WICOTI AWAYANKAPI CORPORATION (SWA) coordinates and administers housing activities for the benefit of the Rosebud Indian Community at Rosebud, South Dakota.

Our Mission Statement

"To coordinate and administer activities and provide Tribal housing funds to other Tribal, local, non-profit and for-profit housing organizations for the benefit of the Rosebud Indian Community in accordance with any Tribally approved One-Year and Five-Year Indian Housing Plans prepared pursuant to the Native American Housing Assistance and Self-Determination Act (NAHASDA) of 1996. P.L. 104-33.25 U.S.C. Section 4101, et. Seq. and any statutory amendments hereto."
